How much is delivery?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over £150 ex VAT. All orders below this value are charged at £8.95 ex VAT for postage and packaging. There is a 48 hr express delivery option available for £14.95 ex VAT. Should you require a next day delivery service please contact us.
How are my items packaged?

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Depending on the nature of the product, we utilise protective materials and secure packaging to safeguard the delicate nature of dried flowers and decor items. Our packaging is designed to provide both aesthetic appeal and protection during transit. We also do our very best to ensure packaging items are recyclable where possible.
How soon can I expect my order?

We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Do you deliver on the weekends and bank holidays?

We primarily operate delivery services on weekdays, Monday through to Friday. We don’t provide delivery services on bank holidays. Upon request we can try and attempt to organise a Saturday delivery, however there is no guarantee as we are in the hands of the courier. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.
