My first time dealing with this company and I can safely say it won’t be my last. I placed and nice order of flower to dress the tables in my restaurant and some how there was a mistake in my delivery address and they ended up in London and not Brockenhurst like they should. I message the company and Neil got back to me super fast. He then went off Track down the delivery and got then sent to the correct address. The products are great she the service is second to none. Thank you

I ordered about 10 bunches of dried flowers online,that I needed to compliment some fresh roses for a recent wedding. I contacted the company by phone after placing the order to check the flowers would arrive in time for me to make the arrangements. They were so helpful and obliging and checked my order and said they would fast track it to me to ensure I got it. The quality of the flowers was excellent, the colour, quantity etc was just perfect. They were well packaged and arrived in good condition. A note on how to care and arrange the flowers was included which could be useful if you are new to arranging dried flowers. I would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again for the above reasons stated.

Sooooo glad I found this supplier! The service from start to finish was amazing. Great quality flowers, packaged so carefully ensuring the flowers arrived safely and even given a free gift! I bought some silver palm leaves to add an accent to a vase. There were some left over so I combined these with the purple grasses that were sent as a complimentary extra to make an arrangement in other ornaments I had. I'm very happy with the service, product and value for money. The only thing I would query is why the stems are only sprayed silver part of the way down?

I recently purchased a large quantity of dried flowers from Dried Flowers & Decor Ltd for my friends wedding as I am a floral designer. This was the first place I went to as I was very impressed by their selection online and their prices. The flowers were exceptional, really well dried and preserved. Driftwood chandelier arrived carefully packaged, has brought the pergola to life especially with a soft tinkling in the breeze. Absolutely beautiful, will definitely recommend and use this company again.

I'm very late leaving this review as ordered over a month ago now, but wanted to make sure I left something as the service from this shop was really great. I ordered some bunches of rainbow gypsophila for a photoshoot, and the shop managed to get it into the post for me on the same day (even though I was actually later than the cut off). The flowers arrived very quickly and they were absolutely stunning. I received a free gift and a handwritten card also which were so lovely. I would definitely recommend this shop, both for service and quality, and will order from them in the future. Thankyou!

How much is delivery?

We offer Free Shipping on orders over £150 ex VAT. All orders below this value are charged at £8.95 ex VAT for postage and packaging. There is a 48 hr express delivery option available for £14.95 ex VAT. Should you require a next day delivery service please contact us.
How are my items packaged?

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Depending on the nature of the product, we utilise protective materials and secure packaging to safeguard the delicate nature of dried flowers and decor items. Our packaging is designed to provide both aesthetic appeal and protection during transit. We also do our very best to ensure packaging items are recyclable where possible.
How soon can I expect my order?

We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Do you deliver on the weekends and bank holidays?

We primarily operate delivery services on weekdays, Monday through to Friday. We don’t provide delivery services on bank holidays. Upon request we can try and attempt to organise a Saturday delivery, however there is no guarantee as we are in the hands of the courier. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day.
